Cape Town, Panorama Route and Kruger (12 days / 11 nights)

Overview:

An exhilarating family holiday including two of South Africa’s best known and best loved destinations – Cape Town and Kruger National Park. Each area offers a very different holiday experience and, when combined with our careful selection of child friendly accommodation, guarantees memories to last a lifetime.

Itinerary:

Days 1 - 6: Cape Town, Waterfront, African Elite Properties (Self Catering)
Six days to explore the numerous attractions of the Cape: Table Mountain, Cape Point, the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, horse riding, the Aquarium or simply relax and enjoy the scenery and laid back lifestyle. Fully serviced child friendly apartments in the heart of the V&A Waterfront offer space, privacy and flexibility.

Days 7 & 8: Escarpment, Panorama Route, Jatinga (B&B)

A morning flight (not included) leaves you on the doorstep of the Kruger National Park. A scenic drive along the Panorama Route takes you to the family friendly Jatinga Country Lodge. Nearby activities include spectacular natural formations and viewpoints, elephant interactions at the Elephant Sanctuary, the Hoedspruit Cheetah Project and the  restored, historic, gold mining village of Pilgrims Rest.

Days 9 - 11: Kruger National Park, Honeyguide Khoka Moya (FB)
A short drive leads you to the Manyeleti Game Reserve in the Greater Kruger where the scene is set for a safari of a lifetime at Honeyguide Khoka Moya. All the adventure of an authentic tented camp and open vehicle, big game, safaris are accompanied by the peace of mind that comes with professional child minders and a specially designed children's programme. 3 nights in Honeyguide is guaranteed to forge unforgettable safari memories for the whole family.

Day 12:          
After a final early morning game drive bid farewell to the wildlife of Kruger and make your way to KMIA airport where you drop off your car and board a flight for home.
