How will my enquiry be handled?



Typically enquiries are handled using the following 5 steps:


- Enquiry:
Send us your enquiry giving as many guidelines as possible: dates of travel, number of people travelling, areas you'd like to visit, activities you'd like to include, your preference of accommodation style and transport, a guideline budget or an indication of the standards you expect as well as any other special interests or requests you may have.

- Discussion & Discovery:
Typically your consultant will revert with some broad ideas and suggestions for you to consider and discuss, drawing your attention to local factors such as weather, migrations, festivals or special offers that might influence your holiday itinerary.

- Proposal:
Your consultant will then draw up a more formal itinerary proposal including website addresses and upgrade options where suitable as well as a comprehensive costing for you to consider.

- Fine tuning:
An opportunity to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. You might still want us to tweak the intinerary or some arrangements included in the proposal or add the final touches such as restaurant or golf reservations.

- Confirm & Support:
Once you are 100% happy with your itinerary, reservations and price your holiday arrangements will be confirmed and travel documents prepared. Should you have any questions prior to, or during your holiday your consultant is always at hand to answer your queries or help with difficulties.
